WFDF have recently released a 2008 Update of the WFDF rules, with them coming into force on 31 May.

Are these the rules that are going to be used for Vancouver?

WUGC2008 uses the WFDF 2008 Rules

Yes, the new rules will be in place for WUGC 2008 as per WFDF Board decision. The rules are posted on the WFDF web site, as well as the WUGC site, along with a change document between the 2007 and 2008 rules.
