Description: 

Join a crew of proactive team players to help ensure the smooth and enjoyable operation of the Friday night party which will host players and their guests in a large venue with live bands, beer and food sales, and lounge areas.

Responsibilities: 

 Gate ticket taking
 Beer ticket sales
 Crowd direction/management
 Venue setup/breakdown
 Trash collection

Qualifications: 

 Works well under a deadline
 Works well independently and with a team
 Fluent in English
 Responsible
 Good with dealing with public
 May require some bending, lifting
 Tidy and organized
 Able to multi-task
 Physically capable

Commitment: 

Commitment Level: 1 shift (must be combined with other volunteer shifts)
Available Shifts: 2 shifts:
- Set-up & start of party 6pm – 11pm (5 hours)
- Remainder of party & take-down 10pm-3am (5 hours)
