Back in the country and finally processing the rest of the gold medal games. It takes hours to upload photos one by one on the wugc2008 site, so I'm being lazy and just putting them on flickr instead. 38 shots are up at http://www.flickr.com/photos/tothefront/sets/72157607172935421/

I've got a set of just under a hundred shots from the Open gold medal game up; copies are on the WUGC Gallery page, with links to screen-size copies on Flickr, and there's a slideshow here.

Aha - so, I uploaded web-sized shots (800x1200) mostly, and I could see them fine... but it seems that everyone else could only see the tiny thumbnails. So I just spent a very boring hour going through each photo, one by one, adding a link to a corresponding (newly uploaded) copy on my flickr account. Still not uber-high rez but least now faces are visible.

Hopefully I can squeeze a game in tomorrow before work, and most if not all of Saturday, though I haven't got a super-telephoto so I might not be able to get much that's good if the sidelines are actually observed; I'll try to have them up here by Sunday night. Higher rez shots will go up when I get around to setting up a batch convert.

Whew - I just uploaded 102 photos, roughly 5x the number of shots that were up before. We'll see how many more I can take and get up without interfering with my 9-5.
